Description
The Marchetti Single Position Assembly Station is a bicycle assembly workstation that makes assembling bicycles ergonomic and easy. The workstation exists out of a metal pole, which is attached to the floor and an assembly clamp. There are a total of 3 clamps you can choose depending on the bicycle and ease of use. Operators can move freely around the assembly position to access certain parts of the bicycle. The standard clamps can move the frame in 360 degrees on a horizontal line, while the special e-Bike clamps the bike can be turned around 360 degrees both horizontal and vertical, these can also be used for non-eBike frames.
