The Marchetti Bottom bracket machine unit is a reaming, threading and facing system that can widen the tube, apply threading and face of any edge for a clean finish on the bottom bracket of the frame. The machine makes it possible to make any sort of pedals fit the frame cups. The machine is capable of reaming, threading and facing both sides at the same time and is a huge time saver on work.

The operator can easily switch tooling’s for reaming, threading and facing. By placing the frame onto the special bottom bracket you can easily start the procedure and only takes a few seconds. The Bottom bracket machine unit will save a lot of time and labour cost and is easy in use.
